Ikea Dream KitchenDream Kitchens, a web campaign for Ikea directed by Fredrik Callinggard (represented in the United States by Bully Pictures), has been named by The One Club to its list of the ten best interactive advertising campaigns of the past ten years. An appointed team of digital creatives reviewed interactive work submitted from around the world and selected the ten best pieces for inclusion in the One Show Interactive Best of the Digital Decade.

Cinesite, one of the world’s leading film visual effects houses, has announced that Quentin Miles, animation director, has been nominated for an Annie Award for his work on the Warner Bros film "Clash of the Titans", in the Character Animation in a Live-Action Production category.

The category is one of two new categories at this year’s awards created to recognize excellence in live-action productions.

Double Negative LogoLondon - Double Negative's work on Inception has received a nomination for Special Visual Effects in this year's BAFTA awards.

DNeg has had a long relationship with Inception's director, Christopher Nolan, having worked on Batman Begins and The Dark Knight (for which DNeg’s VFX supervisor, Paul Franklin, was nominated for an Academy Award). This relationship led to the company creating a majority of the VFX, with New Deal Studios supplying the miniatures.

Gravity - Bob SamuelInternational content creation and brand communications company Gravity is actively producing visual effects and motion graphics for a number of current and upcoming spots. Bob Samuel, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Producer for Gravity's Commercials Group, made the announcement.

Eden FXEden FX designed, produced and delivered 75 VFX shots for the January 9th premiere episode of the new NBC TV series "The Cape," it was announced by John Gross, Creative Director, Eden FX. The new series depicts the adventures of a superhero named "The Cape," who in real life -- as an honest cop framed for murder --decides to transform himself into a larger than life character based on a popular comic book.
