Biennial Conference Brings Together Creative Thought Leaders for Two Days of Inspiration and Rocking Good Times
F5, the biennial creativity festival presented by Motionographer, returns to the historic Roseland Ballroom in New York City April 15-16, 2011. F5 is a cutting-edge conference exploring the intersection of art, design and entertainment. This year's theme is "Happy F5," which reflects a desire to spread and share messages of optimism while celebrating F5's birthday and return. Drawing together speakers and attendees from a wide cross-section of creative industries, F5 fosters creative collisions -- those moments of lasting insight and inspiration that occur when we uncover something unexpected.
Nearly 60 companies from across the £2 billion games industry are nominated for prizes at this year’s MCV Industry Excellence Awards. Microsoft and Ubisoft lead the pack, with 11 and nine finalist places respectively.

Mastertronic, the UK’s leading independent publisher of computer and video games, today announced Croteam’s Serious Sam HD First & Second Encounter will soon be available to buy as a boxed copy for the Xbox 360. Gamers will be able to pick up the complete Serious Sam story so far, in glorious HD graphics, when Serious Sam HD First & Second Encounter hits stores for the Xbox 360 from 4th March 2011.
