Adventures of Lord Ram's twin sons Luv and Kush, will come alive on silver screen in the Hindi 2D animation film 'Lava Kusa: The Warrior Twins'.

The film, said to the most expensive 2D animation movie, will be released on October 8 across 200 screens.

Produced at a budget of Rs 25 crore, 10% of the amount has been spent on soundtrack.

"This is the first Indian 2D animation film, which has a live orchestra render the music. An orchestra of 150 people worked on the music for three months. The music was recorded in AR Rahaman’s Chennai studio. The music is by the Late L Vaidyanathan of Malgudi Days and Pushpaka Vimanam fame,"
