Cartoon Animation Festival and seminar at Kerala

ANIYUG 2011, a Cartoon Animation Festival and seminar is scheduled to be held on the 25th and 26th February 2011 at Ernakulam, Kerala. Renowned experts from the animation industry and the audio-visual media will be participating and sharing their observations, experiences and also provide guidelines for the budding aspirants in regard to shaping their career in the realm of animation.

The festival and seminar is being jointly organized by Toon Arts India, Kerala Cartoon Academy, Kerala Press Academy, Rachana Visual Media, metromatinee.com and Directorate Of Film Festivals, I&B Ministry, Government Of India, mainly with the objective of creating a thorough awareness on the rapidly increasing career opportunities in the animation arena.

11:30 AM to 01:30PM : Introduction to Animation World. Cartoonist Jose Joseph.
Film by Cartoonist (late) Abu Abraham (no arks), and Other short animation films followed by discussion.
01:30 PM to 2:00PM : Lunch Break.
02.00 PM to 3.30 PM : Animation film– followed by talk
03.30 PM to 05:30 PM : Animation Film Scripting-Demo and talk

05:00 PM to 6:30 PM : Short animation films from India.
