The first details about Zone 18

Runes of Magic publisher Frogster has announced today that the forthcoming content update, patch 3.0.6, will include the new “Limo Desert” zone as well as a range of other features. The desert zone contains a total of nine sub-regions, one instance, as well as seven oasis settlements, which act as supply stations for players.

The Limo Desert is a long, parched grassland, once inhabited by different tribes including the so-called Canine people. These doglike bipeds are divided into two clans, which once fought side-by-side against their common oppressor. However, present day conflict, which threatens to escalate into a full-blown war, has divided the noble “Iron Teeth” and the rapacious “Rotteneyes” tribes.

Wacom enlists the help of Abertay University game developer students to design new applications for its Bamboo interactive tablets

Wacom has teamed up with Abertay University to add a new twist to its ‘Dare to be Digital’ competition - a video game development competition for students at universities and art colleges throughout the UK. This year, Wacom invited students to create a game ideal for use with a Bamboo interactive tablet, which would be made available for users to download. The three winning games have now been chosen and the applications added to the Bamboo Dock – an icon that sits on the desktop of a computer and acts as a gateway to the applications.

New details have emerged on the upcoming, reimagined, animated 'Thundercats' series for the Cartoon Network.

This June, we were able to bring fans of the 80′s cartoon series Thundercats,  the exciting news that Cartoon Network and Warner Bros. Animation were teaming up to reprise the series as an, anime-style, “21st century reimagining of the classic 80s cartoon series.” New details have emerged on the series, which is due to hit the small screen next year.

In another setback for a production that has been plagued with delays and spiraling costs, the organizers of the Broadway musical "Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark" said Thursday that the official opening day has been pushed back to Jan. 11 from a previously scheduled opening of Dec. 21.

"Spider-Man" is now set to begin preview performances at the Foxwoods Theatre in New York on Nov. 28, pushed back from Nov. 11. In a statement, Michael Cohl, the musical's producer, said, "shows like ours, that embrace the challenge of opening on Broadway without an out-of-town tryout, often need to adjust their schedules along the way."

“The difference between a villain and a supervillain is the presentation,” according to “Megamind.” The same could be said about what makes a movie great. This movie certainly had the production value to justify the “Mega” in the title. From explosive action and laugh-out-loud humor to memorable characters and pop culture references, “Megamind” (directed by Tom McGrath, “Madagascar”) is the most charming animated comedy since “Shrek.”
