M-Series graphics card flawlessly displays picture perfect images and videos across six 60" pivoted screens

Matrox Graphics Inc. announced that Dentsu, one of the world’s largest advertising agencies, used the Matrox M9188 PCIe x16 multi-display octal graphics card to drive a six-monitor, portrait-oriented digital signage installation in Tokyo Midtown. The Matrox M9188 board was the only solution to meet their strict performance and multi-display criteria, and today shoppers, residents, and passers-by benefit from a truly unique art and advertising platform at resolutions of 1080x1920 per display.

BIRD, a full-service, strategic branding agency based in Hollywood, has announced the launch of a full service Motion Graphics Department. BIRD co-founders Tabitha De La Torre, President, and Peter King Robbins, Chief Creative Officer, made the announcement.

Company Acquires Design Boutique Spek Studios

The GooPaul Goldman, founder of Ear Goo, Inc. and the design studio Element, LLC, has partnered with Matt Giulvezan, formerly of MTV Networks, to launch The Goo, a new multimedia company with a primary focus on creating content for television, film, web, mobile and emerging media. The Goo consists of three divisions:  Action Goo (concept + live action production), Eye Goo (editorial + design + motion) and Ear Goo (music + sound design + mix). The family of The Goo companies will work synergistically to offer clients a first-class, full-service boutique experience.
